Where a User is found to be under the age of 21, TTB888 shall be entitled to immediately close the Account, void all Wagers, and withhold any winnings pending investigation.
Access to TTB888 may be restricted or prohibited in certain jurisdictions by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether your access to and use of the Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you are located or resident. TTB888 makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Users accessing the Platform from prohibited jurisdictions do so entirely at their own risk.
By registering, you confirm that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, that you are not acting as an agent, trustee, or nominee for a third party, and that your use of the Platform is for personal entertainment purposes only and not for commercial gain or in the course of a business.
Each User is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the TTB888 platform at any time. The opening of duplicate, secondary, or associated accounts (whether in the same name or a different name) is strictly prohibited. TTB888 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and confiscate any funds therein upon detection of multiple accounts.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. TTB888 relies on this information for account management, KYC compliance, and the processing of withdrawals. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. TTB888 will never contact you to request your password. Any unauthorised access or suspected security breach must be reported to our support team immediately. TTB888 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your Account prior to notification.
TTB888 is obligated to conduct KYC verification on all member accounts prior to processing withdrawals and, where warranted, at other points during your account lifecycle. KYC documentation required may include a valid government-issued photo identification (such as a Malaysian National Registration Identity Card or passport) and proof of residential address. TTB888 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
TTB888 accepts deposits exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following supported payment channels:
All deposits must originate from a payment account or instrument held in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned and may trigger a compliance review. TTB888 does not impose a deposit fee; however, your payment provider may levy their own transaction charges. The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction.
To be eligible to withdraw funds from your Account, you must: (a) have completed KYC verification; (b) have satisfied all applicable wagering requirements attached to any Bonus Funds; (c) not be under any active compliance review or account suspension; and (d) not have exceeded the applicable daily or weekly withdrawal limits.
TTB888 endeavours to process all approved withdrawal requests within the following indicative timeframes:
Processing times are indicative only and may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required. TTB888 shall not be liable for delays attributable to the User's payment provider or banking institution.
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback awards, loyalty rewards, birthday bonuses, and referral incentives offered by TTB888 are subject to these General Bonus Terms and to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, all Bonus Funds credited to a User's Account are subject to a wagering requirement. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated clearly in the relevant promotion.
TTB888 reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where there is reasonable evidence of: (a) multiple accounts being used to claim the same promotion; (b) coordinated or collusive betting designed to exploit a promotional offer; (c) minimum-risk hedging strategies employed specifically to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine exposure to the platform's games; or (d) any other form of promotional abuse or manipulation.
TTB888 operates a six-tier VIP loyalty programme (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Royal Black Diamond). Tier benefits, cashback rates, monthly turnover thresholds, and associated rewards are published on the Platform and are subject to change by TTB888 at its sole discretion with reasonable notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the TTB888 platform and will result in account suspension, termination, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
TTB888 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any User Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where: (a) there is a breach or suspected breach of these Terms; (b) a User is subject to a self-exclusion request; (c) a compliance or AML investigation has been initiated; or (d) the continuation of the Account would expose TTB888 to legal or regulatory risk. Upon termination, any verified real-money funds remaining in the Account (after deducting any applicable forfeited Bonus Funds) will be returned to the User via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
All content on the TTB888 platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, software, design elements, game interfaces, graphics, text, and data feeds — is the property of TTB888 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial exploitation of Platform content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from TTB888.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TTB888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, business interruption, or any other pecuniary loss. TTB888's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any single claim or series of connected claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
TTB888 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from malware. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
